I just got a green spotted puffer dumped on me from a neighbor who has him in a small tank. I am curious as his plants are messed up if it is okay for me to stick my hand in the water that he is in. I know puffers are toxic and I am not sure if this is alright. I am clueless as how to care for these fish. HElP!!
