Green Grass Of Home

I currently have live plants in my tank , though i have seen pictures of member's tanks were the bottom is covered in a green carpet of what i can only assume moss of some kind ?

I would like to have this in my tank , though not sure which moss would be best , the light's on my tank are on every day from 5pm till 1am , would this be ok ?

If its grass like its more likely to be hairgrass

If you do want this be sure to get Eleocharis parvula as the other Eleocharis species get really tall
