I just recently bought a green clown goby and he's in my 70 gallon tank which has a lot of rocks with holes and caves, so it's hard to locate him sometimes. my main problem is feeding him. it doesn't come out during feeding (i'm guessing because it doesn't know what i'm doing) and whenever i try to get near him with a pipette he just darts away. in retrospect i guess i should have put him in a QT tank and got him used to my feeding first but it's too late now (no way i'm going to be able to catch a fish that's less than an inch in a 70 gallon.

my question is, what is a good way to get him to start eating?

last night he happened to be perched at a very high position on the rocks so I got the pipette right in front of him, squirt some food (consists of a concoction I've mixed of squid, octopus, shrimp, mussels, mysis, and brine shrimp) but he just sat there staring at it. I'm guessing ben's suggestion with live bbs will most likely work? also should I enrich the bbs somehow? he hasn't eaten since i got him 4 days ago
