Green Barb with mega swollen eye ?

I have a Jewell 20 gallon started tank with:

2 Green Barbs
1 Clown Barb
2 Tiger Barbs
2 Plectos

2 Orange Barbs were recently found floating, tested the water and it evolved that Ph levels were high. (and I hadn't cleaned for 4 weeks).

So, cleaned out and added usual Green Algae remover, dechlorenator but also some new Nitrate stabliser (which allows for a 4 week water change) and approx 2.5ml of PH Down solution.

Will test again later today but discovered this morning that one of the Green Barbs has a swollen eye ?

More than double the size ?

Can I do anything about this ?

the barb has popeye. this can be treated with melafix.

continue waterchanges untill your pH is back to normal.
I personally wouldn't use pH altering chemicals, waste of
money and could cause all sorts of problems in the future.
