Green Alge On Glass

Hi I am suffering with green algea on the glass, the water is clear and the plants are fine. I have never had this problem before but I am struggling to sort it. I have even purchased some smails to help!!!

Any advice would be GR8.

you could try to cut the amount of Daylight the tank recives! or get a plec/ CAE or Amano shrimp. you can get Tank magnets that let you clean the glass on the inside without putting your hand in the aquarium.
 
Welcome to TFF!

Some algae on the glass is normal. Unless you are seeing excessive build-up every day then do not be concerned.

Better to have algae there than on the plants!

As mentioned algae magnets are very effective. Just ensure no sand/gravel gets trapped underneath as it will scratch the glass.
