Gravel To Sand

after much though i have decided to change my tank to sand instead of the old boring gravel. the water is taking a while to settle but its looking pretty good

How are the snails liking it?

I've read mixed things about snails and sand

they dont seem to have a problem with the sand. i was a little concerned about that myself at first but they seem to be getting along just fine. no one is avoiding the sand by staying on the glass/ornaments etc so im happy that theyre happy
