readings... PH - 7.2
Amm - 0
Nitrites - 0
Nitrates - 0
Last part water change was saturday.. 25%
he ate something when i fed him, then sank again... not moved since.
He is trying to get up, but flops

Any advice?
Thanks in advance.

Few factors to contemplate. Tank size and companions. How old is the tank? How old is the gourami? Any signs of stress, illness or fungus anywhere? The most likely thing is an internal bacterial infection.
But first of all let us know the stats for the above. :)
Hugs,
P.
Edit:One thing I would recommend you do immediately is get him into a shallow filled hospital tank so he can reach the water surface with ease or he will drown.

Hi, thankyou for replying.

Ok... i just tested the water again and the Nitrates is 10 not 0, I think i tested the nitrites twice.. i was in a rush to get the readings to put on here!!

The Tank is 5'.. i think that works out at 105 US Gallons... please correct me if i'm wrong. :)
Whole Tank... 8 Angels ( not very big at the mo.. waiting for them to pair off), 4 Neon Dwarf Gouarmi's, 2 Gold Gouramis, 2 Honey Gourami's, 2 Plec's (1 of which is being moved when tank set up.)4 Silver Dollars ( that are going to be moved to the new Oscar Tank when set up)
Tank set up for about 8 months... had the Gold for a little over a month.

No signs of anything... was fine yesterday, came to the glass to see me and fed fine.

Though a bacteruial infection is a possibility, it having come on so quickly in an established tank and with the fish having been settled already, I'd lean mroe towards something like constipation. Try feeding him some crushed, de-shelled green peas. If he doesn't take them, try some daphnia.

The isolation tank - is it cycled? Make sure you are doing a daily water change for him.

I did put him in a hostpital tank, but with no joy. He was flipping around for a couple of minutes this afternoon, sank to the bottom of the tank and passed away :( .
Do you think i should get another one, the female is looking for him?

It's likely that, if you tried to add another three-spot gourami (or any gourami), your current female would attack it. Having said that, perhaps adding a couple of females would be of benefit as females do like to have some company. How big is your tank? How big is the female? You'll need at least a 30 gallon to comfortably keep 3 females and the new ones have to be about the same size as the one you have now. Re-aranging the tank just before you add the new ones would also help disperse aggression. Unfortunately, there's no guarantee they'd all get along and getting another male is best avoided as that is even more likely to result in trouble.
