Gourami With Dark Spots On Head!

Hi

I have a small 3 spot gourami it seems ok but ive noticed dark grey/brown spots on its head there rounded and about 1mm diameter this a normal thing or is it a poorly fish? they really stand out agaist the blue of the fish.

How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

The spots do they have a circling of red around the edges or a red centre to them.
Do the spots resemble a cauliflower or a cluster of eggs.
Any signs of flicking and rubbing or laboured breathing.
