So my Neon Blue DG has a small wound on his head.  It appears more of a cut from hitting himself on one of the rocks than anything else.  As of now there is no visible infections or symptoms showing.  He is eating and swimming around fine.  I will be doing extra water changes and my water is testing same as always 0 nitrite, 0 ammonia, 5-10ml/L Nitrate and PH is 7.5-8.

Do I leave him in the tank and just watch him, hell everyone bumps their head once in a while.  Or does he need to come out and be quarantined?

The bad part is I may have cause this earlier today when I was cleaning the tank, I spooked him once and he took off.  I'm afraid that may be when this happened.

Thank you in advance to everyone that helps to provide advice and help novices like me out, it is appreciated.

Can you place a pic? Keep the water pristine, but it COULD be the start of something bad I am afraid.. Especially Blue Neon ones are prone to Dwarf Gourami Disease. Very often problems start with wounds at the head. So I hope I am wrong, but have seen this far too often I am afraid.

I will try to get a good picture.  He is still looking good, the wound does not look like it is becoming infected and he is showing no signs that anything is wrong.  He is eating well and active as he always has been.  I have not seen any of the other fish acting out towards him.  I am continuing the extra water changes and keeping an eye on things.  As soon as I can get a good picture I will get it posted.

My gourami sometimes gets spooked for no reason and hits something in he tank. There would be a little white mark. No infections or anything, usually heals in a few days to a week. :)

Looks like it is almost healed.  I'm glad it turned out not to be DGD.

I wouldn't say wrong, anything can happen, but so far it looks good.   I will continue doing extra water changes and watching him till he is fully healed.
