Gourami Quick Question

I have just bought 2 Red honey gouramis and when i put them in the tank my male ram started attacking them, it seems to have stopped but the gouramis have taken two hiding underneath the rock in my tank...
Any ideas?

They'll come out eventually!!Although I've only got a couple of ancistrus in my tank,I got some honey dwarves a couple of weeks ago and they were incredibly shy at first,hiding behind the filter etc,they're now out and about all the time and lookig great.

Given time they should become more confident with their surroundings however if the problem persists then you will need to take action.

How well planted is your tank? If it is sparse then adding a couple more plants is always good as this will break up the line of sight of tha ram.
