Gourami Id?

I don't own this guy, I saw him at a petstore about a week ago. I really liked him and he was really friendly. I can't seem to find his ID anywhere online. The closest I got was a Golden gourami, but I don't think that is him.

I think he's just an interesting colour morph tbh, and you're right, a golden.

Gold/blue/opaline/3 spot gouramis/(snakeskin?) are all the same species of gourami, just different colour morphs, so they will breed with each other.

I think he's very pretty though!

Of course, someone correct me if I'm wrong...

Their all the same fish yes [size=-1]Trichogaster trichopterus, [/size]apart from the snakeskin's their Trichogaster pectoralis.
