OK so the blue gourami has been chasing the dwarf gourami around and tryed nipping its fins what should i do?

im thinking taking the blue one back for 2 more dwarfs?

What size tank and other occupants?

Generally opaline/blue gouramis are seen as more aggressive but not always. That said they are likely to bully smaller gourami like dwarfs. whether you should return it or swap it depends on the rest of your info.
