Gourami Fish Help

I have 7 fishes. None of the others are sick. The water is fine. I've become quiet the fish pro in the last 7 months especially what all the trouble I was having with the water levels. I have two gourami fish ONE IS PERFECT, beautiful happy. I have a second that isn't looking so great. His fins are all clenched together. He's eating and pooping. He's has a white spot it's NOT ICK it's been there for a while. he hasn't lost his color, he swims, he just doesn't look well compared to his brother. And all the other fish snap at him, so I know he's probably ill...

If the other fish are snapping at him, that could be the problem. What exactly is the stocking?

One female beta who is too busy being beautiful to bother with him I swear she's the best looking betta I've ever seen but she's def a female. his other brother the Gourami who hates him. 3 upside down cat fish who you never see unless the light is off & a HUGE black mollie that hates him.

If the other fish are snapping at him, that could be the problem. What exactly is the stocking?
