Can Gouramis eat freeze dried blood worms without getting sick? eg. constipation

i believe they can, but excessively it'll cost digestive problems becuase the freeze dried stuff can be hard to digest. If you have frozen that'll be even better. Personally i don't feedmy fish a lot of freeze dired bloodworms, i'm afraid ti'll hurt their insides too much
