Got Me 3 Halfbeaks :d

I got 3 halfbeaks today I have some floating riccia for them as the guy said they like floating plants but they dont seem to be paying attention to them....
The guy didnt know how to sex them so he just gave me 3 so i was wondering how to sex them and what other info do you know of? Ill be feeding them flak and frozen and live foods too.

I believe ive got the Hemirhamphodon pogonognathus type but im not one hundred percent sure....
