Make sure they get some food pellets regularly-they need specific food-dont treat them as scavengers. Mine get pellets every other day, and they get whats left of the flake dropping down daily. :good:

my friend gave me a large pot of JMC catfish pellets the other day cos her catfish died and i said i'd have them as extra feed for my snails lol
so are they ok for my pandas ?

They could do with 2x weekly waterchanges to keep them happy, other than that, good food, good company and you should be fine.

I got four the other day, along with 9 other varieties and these little chaps are a joy, most adventurous of the lot :D

well done you :good: corys are up there with my fav fish.

I have 5 peppered and 3 bronze, imho they are great little fish. I feed mine king british pellets and they tuck into the catfish wafers as well.

hope you enjoy them as much as I do mine.

i got algae wafers already for the snails and lots of other sinking foods so they should be ok then
as for water changes seeing as they'll be going into the 180l that gets 20% one week and 30% the next week -alternating - so they'll be fine :)

Thanks for all the replies and i'm sure panda's wont be the only corys i end up with

are you sure you can fit in more corys , wont you be getting to being overstocked with the apple snails and all the fry when they go in the 180 . i would think you are near to overstocking as it is IMO and from what i have read
