i have had a juvy angel and 9 neons in a quarnatine tank for some time. My neons had ick as soon as they went into the tank so I treated with maracide. It took a while but the ick seemed to go. Then they got fungus and the angel had some fin rot and I treated with melafix, again went well. Then yesterday I noticed that the neons had white spots again!!!! 
so I went out and got some ick care II by jungle (for scaleless(sp?) and weak fish) I did a 25% water change and added recommended dose. Today all the spots are gone. I have never seen it clear up so fast. I will do another 25% water change and dose again and will do this for the next several days. The tank is totally bare as well. just wanted to pass info on in case you come across these nasty buggers and are looking for a good med.
