Starting again
For my future tank me and my partner really wish to get a marine tank. My fish that I WILL be getting at some point lol is a Porcupine puffer, from what i have read they are relatively good as community fish but need 400 litres alone to themselves. My partner's dream tank is to have a marine community, so it seemed to make sense to combine our efforts to one large marine tank.
The things we really need to look into and for my partner to consider is what sorts of marine fish as a community in regards to size they grow to and if they can get along peacefully. Any suggestions would be great. But wondered if there were sites that anyone knew of that we can look at the demeanour and sizes and pick and mix on what we would like?
We are looking into a 450-500 litre (bigger if needed) a possibility in a couple of years, we would have live rock with protein skimmer as the filter, not likely to have corals to start with as first marine.
Any advice or pointers would be great thank you
