plants alive - i use these and reccomend them
Aqua essentials & the green machine - Stock tropica plants so dear, but better quality.

also:

java plants (not used these)

have ordered off jave plants beofre, nd are of good quality and very cheap but you dont get big plants. I have just spent 30 quid on plants from thm on suday so should get them next week. Thats the only thing with them, The delivery takes so soddin long!

I buy from aquaticplantdepot.com. You can call them at 813-621-4213. They are located Florida. Also buy from cah925 at Aquaticplantcentral.com(forum) chillplants@gmail.com.

Cah925 is an individual so he doesn't have any inventory, thus ask him for specific plant and he may have it. I just bought some Tonia, Hygro sunset, and Bacopa carolina from him. Most had a lot of roots on them. Got the plants within 4 days.

Plants from aquaticplantdepot don't always have a lot of roots. He has told me if I called him I could get a good deal. Picked some up on my way from Florida to Ga. Got some for $.30.

www.aqabotanic.com is really good. I have bought all of my plants from them. They are located in Oregon. All of the plants I have gotten are good quality with good prices and reasonable shipping.

I got mine from The Green Machine. The plants were fantastic and so was the customer service. But they are expensive.
