Hi,
Just finishing a fishless cycle, put in Hygrophila Polysperma, Amazon Sword and Straight Valis across the back and back corners. Now looking at what plants to put in mid tank including in front of large piece of bogwood.

Initial thoughts are Mini Twister, Anubias Augustifolia, and Nana. And maybe something smaller like Java moss.

Suggestions of hardy (fast growing?) and different colour / shapes / good cover, good price...... plants appreciated.

Thanks

Have you got a pic of how it looks so far, i find it easiest to help out if i can see what your talking about

Whenever I log on your always on here Miss Wiggle, haven't you got a home to goto???? (Only joking...). Havent tried photographing and adding an image here. I assume that should be quite easy (famous last words........).

Is there a link (idiots guide to...) saying how done

I hate my job also, why do you think I'm looking at this rather than at spreadsheets..........
Impressed with your marine, definately moan about the missing yellow mushrooms though.
Have to have a look at photobucket and similar then.

god i had to think about what you meant by missing mushrooms then...... worked it out though, have you looked at the dates of the start of that topic ;)

thanks though :good:

No didn't look at date, just clicked on link, looks good now, but you saying taken you 6months to set up? Stick with tropical and goldfish then....

ha ha it's worth it but it has been hard work!

The best tip I can give would be check out www.tropica.com. They have a huge list of plants and sizes etc, etc, along with pictures :)

If you're after info from the planted guys you'll need to offer more information such as tank size, lighting levels, co2 added ?, fertiliser regime etc... They like lots of info. Then they *might* answer :)
