Good Hob Filter

Getting a small tank, probably 10 gallon and would like a hob filter. i have questions
1) anyone know of a good one, (preferably cheaper one)

2) are they quiet?

3) would it work well in a 10 gallon

4) would the current be strong, the fish i have are very sensitive to vibrations and wouldnt want them to be pushed around by the filter
