Good Community Fish To Go With Dwarf Gouramis And Neons?

Originally, I had decided on a pair of bolivian rams but I think someone mentioned they may eat my shrimp. I was just wondering if anyone has any other good suggestions. I'm really enjoying the two gouramis, and would like some more of these slightly larger, non-schooling fish.

I'd be worried about the DGs and the kribs together. They both occupy the same part of the tank, and if the kribs breed, the DG might be killed.

Apistogramma or Bolivian Rams. Quite similar to kriba, but no where near as agressive.

Are the Bolivian Rams likely to fight with the gouramis or eat the shrimp (they will be cherry shrimip)? I think they're really good looking and have character, but worried they'll be aggressive. I mean, the gouarmis already bicker about their territories.
