have 5 zebra loaches, a bristlnose pleco, two key hole cichlids, a hoplo catfish, two opaline gouramis and two angel fish cichlids. It is a 125 litre tank, what cichlids would fit in to this community?

You may be best posting this in the new works cichilids section, probs get some specific answers

I honestly don't think you can fit another pair of Cichlids in there, it's debatable as to whether it's big enough for the Angels, Keyhole's are pretty easy to breed as New World Cichlids go, also the Hoplo will probably need rehoming.

Okay thanks for the advice I don't think I will get any more cichlids for now im just going to focus on maintaining my aquarium, and I read somewhere that hoplos can live in harmony with cichlids without causing any problems, what sorts of problems could a hoplo pose?

They can achieve 8 inches in size, much too large for a standard 125, providing it is a standard 125 with the standard 80*36Cm foot print.

I've just that hoplo for a couple of years now and it hasn't grown too large, do you reckon this is due to stunted growth. The hoplo has also recently started to get covered by Wartish spots and it definetly isn't ich any suggestions as to what this could be?

I doubt it is stunted, it just may not have done all of its growing yet, I'm unsure as I don't know how long it takes for them to achieve their maximum size, but providing you do regular water changes it shouldn't be stunted, but you will need to move it to a larger tank.

Unsure on the warts.

Okey dokey :). Would another pair of key holes fit into my tank as I am unsure as to whether the pair of already have are the same sex as they are way too small to be able to tell what sex they are at this point, and I want a breedable pair

Okay thanks for all the help and advice it is much appreciated, i now have a bit of a better understanding of my fish now and sorry if I was a bit of a hassle
