the tank needs to be atleast about 15Litres.(for a small fish)

the tank need a powerful filter.

fair water quality.(especially for a fancy goldfish)

water change atleast once a week.

firstly goldfish need a huge tank not 15 litres

and you need to cycle the filter first

sorry to be blunt but that is bad advice also theyre filter needs to be way overpowered
