You could continue to do water changes but I am afraid that in the end he will not survive, I have to agree with @Deanasue and @JuiceBox52 it would be best to euthanize him. I know that is not easy thing to decide to do but it will save the fish pain and suffering.

I can list several things.

1(Don't pour hot tap water in his tank just to make him more active! That one had me very upset.

2(By the looks of your tank water, when was the last time you did a water change? Water changes need to happen weekly.

3(You need to clean the gravel more. It looks really dirty.

4(The tank is way to small.

These are just the top 4 things I could think of off the top of my head. I'm sorry if I'm sounding rude, but this has me upset.

I believe @PheonixKingZ has a pretty accurate appraisal of the situation, You need to work a lot harder at keeping your tank and it's water clean!

Goldfish is still alive and eating
moving less vigorously and less bumping
He is eating well as he seems to have grown in size
Stringy poop maybe once or twice a day but is red( color of fish food )

Diagnosis - Internal Parasite and maybe some body parasites
Since it is impossible for me to get any parasite medicine right now I am giving him daily salt baths for 30 mins
During salt baths I have found that he deposites black lint like material , is this dead parasites?
Aquarium parameters (last checked using new kit)-
Ph - 8
No2 - 0ppm
Ammonia - 0 - 0.1 (most likely 0)ppm
No3 - 20 ppm
80 f + (no heater)
Medications -
General antibiotic and anti disease medication used to soak fish food
Vitamins used to soak fish food
DR. Aqua anti ich and white spot
DR. Aqua Anti rot - to cure any fungus and external body wounds
Dechlorinator + Aquarium blue
Aquarium salt
Fish-
In the morning a bit lethargic ,but moving against tank mostly
Has difficulty breathing , can be seem coming up for air
After eating he goes down and farts air bubbles
He doesn't feel slimy like he used to but a bit oily due to salt baths
