UPDATE
There are eggs but I don't know if they will last. Tried to get a picture but its impossible to get a picture where they have their eggs.

So far the OH has said "NO" about bringing in one of the spare 4ft tanks. Will try a little harder, its her birthday on the 16th so if I'm really, really good I can bribe her.

Sorry for not updating.

Eggs are there. Laid yesterday believe it or not, first time I've bred severum so was quite surprised at how long the whole dance thing went one for. They're both sticking inside the cave. I've been trying to get pictures but because its a deep, dark cave I cannot manage to get a picture.
As I said, I doubt I'll save any and the girlfriend isn't allowing another tank set up
I've tried all the bribes, new shoes, hand bags etc and she's having none of it. I'm afraid I'm just going to have to set up one of the 4ft tanks when she's out and have it filled when she gets home. She's working 4 days a week but I need a hand to bring it in as the back is bad.
Women are hard work.

What sort of cave are they in. Did they lay on a stone or the cave wall. In a cave should be easier to protect

It was one big terracotta plant pot. Huge one. It was in the garden and the girlfriend kept saying she was going to put some plants in it. Then it got broken somehow, must have been the kids playing football but they all said it wasn't them and it definitely wasn't my hammer that done it.
They're all on the side of the cave wall. Loads of them. If they all survive I could be flooding Northern Ireland with severum.
