Both my golden rams are staying at the bottom of the tank.

Water parameters are fine
They’ve been in there for 2 weeks
The temp has dropped slightly down to 76 since doing a water change yesterday. Could this be the problem? Heater is coming on periodically but temp doesn’t seem to be coming up yet.

I seem to be having constant issues! All other fish are fine

Rams do live along the bottom of any tank. It's their niche.

I am probably just being over paranoid 🙈 I just want to make sure I’m doing everything right

I'd rather watch too closely than neglect a tank - it's just a matter of gathering the info so you can see what's what. I'd suggest going to a site like Seriously Fish and reading up on all the fish you have. It's a good start to seeing what's normal for them and what isn't.
