Golden Gouramis Getting Black Scales

1 of my golden gouramis seems to be developing black on his/her scales, any idea of what it is?

Are the scales 'pine coning', pineconing is when the scales slightly stick out. Look from above and see if the scales look like that, if so then the fish could have dropsy

Maybe they are just aging and the black scales are the just a sideffect kinda like gray hair in humans

by golden gournamis do you mean honeys. because my honey gournamis have got the black scales too.
