Golden gourami problem

Just noticed that my golden gourami has a big lump(mass) on the one side of his body,it's grey in colour.Done anyone know what this may be.We've had the fish for about 4 months and is the only gourami with this problem.Any help would be very much appreciated.

Havent a clue mate but if you ask in the emergencies section you will mabye get your answer.Sounds very nasty whatever it is
