Golden Apple Snails... Danger To My Tank?

Hello Guys!

I currently have 2 golden apple snails in my heavily planted tropical community tank and i've never had any problems with them eating plants before.. I was just wandering if they are likely to ever destroy a planted setup?

I've just rescaped the tank with all new plants and obviously don't want the snails to destroy this so just wanted to know, are they planted aquascape safe?

i think you should leave them some where for a while, wait the plants grow first. I notice my snail eat plants, esp those tender foreground one. When the tank is new planted, most plants is weak, apple snail might eat them
