Super reds are great looking...Wish i could fins them around here....I have a 50gal thats just waiting for one. B)

I bought mine about a year ago and he cost £5. He was about 3 inches then and he is about 4 inches now .
There is a lfs that sells green severums for £4.99 so the greens are a penny cheaper . Although I do think that the greens are beautiful once they are larger. In fact when the are larger I think they are better ooking than the gold's.

That doesn't seem right, I got my sev on july 10 last year (2.5"), and now he's 7"

Yeah, I had 5 sev for about 9 months from 1.5-2" (2 gold, 3 green, see sig). They all at least doubled in size. The LFS bought them all for the same price and last I checked they sold the golds cheaper than the green. I think more depends on size and health of the fish.
