Gold Severums

I have a six inch Male Gold Severum. It has started to grow a head bump similar to what you would see on some male cichlid species. I have never seen this on severum cichlids. Is this common or is this an injury? There are several other severum species in the 90 gallon tank.

Cant say Ive seen a really pronounced nuchal hump on a severum, however it is possible I believe, is it really that much bigger? Any chance of a pic? If there are other sev's in the tank, it maybe down to showing off that he is the boss of the tank.

cant say ive ever heard of sevs developing a nochial hump either.
