Going Away In 1.5 Weeks, What Should I Add To The Tank?

sadly,if youve read any of my posts and follwed them all, everyone dieddue to my trust in petsmart (and the fact that i stock too fast, too soon )

the good news is that the tank is nearly cycled!
temp reduced to 77 degrees
ph-6.6-7
ammonia- 0
nitrites- 0
nitrates- 10
heres my stocking list
1-2- dojo loach
2- dwarf gouramis (should i get 2 or 1?)
3- balloon mollies
3-4- bosemani rainbows
1- Raphael catfish
3-5- ghost shrimp

i plan to be very high maintenence from now on that i realized water changes are fun

i curently have 3 ghost shrimp that survived the plague and am now wondering on what to put in (not too much just one or two categories) from my list.
plz help me.
(i also plan to get some plants that dont "shed" like hornwort,any ideas?

The rainbows need to be kept in a group of 6 or more. Also, they will eat your shrimp.

dwarf gouramis....... 1 male or 1 male and 2 females

personal i have had bad experience with dgs cause they seem to get stuck in the ornaments alot a year ago on was trapped under some bogwood

and today i got back from Ireland to find a very decompsed dwarf gourami inside my ocean rock.... smelly

there cool n got briliant colour but mine were a liability

i set up a tank for my daughter and went on hols a few weeks later
She was given 2 Dwarf Gourami and they survived when we were on holiday with a slight increase in feeding for a couple of days before we left with a feed about a week later and they were fine

ive been on plenty of holidays and come back to find they are okay but .... i go on alot of holidays ( to pretty sogy destinations, ireland cornwall ) but i just dont trust em

all i want to know is what fish should i put first.
i'll be here for the end of next week friday and the fish will fend for themselves for 1.5 weeks i will be away from the fish for 2.5 weeks where for 1 week my dad wil watch them. if your confused, ill list it in order

1. i stay here for 1.5 weeks
2. saturday morning of next week most of my family leaves (except for my dad, which will moniter the pets)
3. the next week on saturday or sunday my dad leaves and the petsitter (who just happens to be one of my tennis coaches) watchs the pets until we get back on wednesday
