So I have some crazy glue (super glue) is it safe to attact the plants back toegether as long as I liet it dry and wash it after?

Check the content list of this glue - if its 100% cyanoacrylate, its fine, but if it contains any other ingredients, may be doubtful to use.

Note, if glueing plants to wood or rocks etc be sure not to cover the plant roots, only need a small amount of glue then the plant will spread out their roots as anchor points when established.

doesn't say what's in it, it says it contains Ethyl cyanoacrylate

it says its a gel

What type of other glues or things like that I could use I have artificial plants in the tank (36g) im using this for them, not real ones.

aquatic sillicon. you will be able to get it at your local hardware stoor

That one is a safe one :good:

Yep, Ethyl cyanoacrylate as the only listed ingredient is fine to use as fluttermoth already mentioned

BTW Seantrollope mentions aquatic sealant / silicon, this is usally safe to use as well, and can be used as a glue, just takes longer to set. Just another option available

ok I got some aquatic silicone too, how long does it take to set

The cyanoacyrlate glue will pretty much set instantly and perfectly fine to use.

As for aquatic sealant / silicon, it varies a lot. So is best to read the instructions on packet, some take a little while to dry while others may take 48 hours to fully cure.

Personally, just for minor plastic plants repair, i'd use the glue rather than sealant, just my preference is all.

I'd use the glue.

I've found silicone sealant makes a very poor adhesive; any bending or flexing of the pieces and it'll come apart.
