I have just started adding to my collection after finally sorting high ammonia problem. Just bought home the newbies and while acclimatising them I noticed one of my glowlight tetras eyes was swollen. Hoping its bacterial infection and not a tumour but is it ok to medicate the tank with the newbies in? Haven't got isolation tank (but working on it).

Thanks in advance.

Any redness, or whiteness to the eye.
Is the eye bulging out alot.
Lfs could of caught his eye with the net.

Sorry not clear one of my oldies has he swollen eye, no white or redness just popping out. He is ok except for this swelling.
Worried about all newbies if I medicate, is it too much for them? Many thanks

Ok.
Can you issolate and use a bacterial med.

I cant isolate....got the bacterial med ready though just unsure if treating well fish a prob, I know its not ideal and am sourcing hospital/isolation tank but not in time for this fella. Thanks

What bacterial med do you have.

Waterlife Protozin whitespot and fungus. Treats whitespot, Velvet, costiasis, trichodiniasis, neon tetra disease and fungus, any good?

Was given it to treat a platy with fungus on nose so was put into tank with the others.
