Bad case of possible gill/skin flukes...I have been advised to move remaining Cory's to the hospital tank and strip tank. I have just finished treating the tank for gill and skin flukes....and I have noticed tiny white/grey round things have started appearing on the side of the tank over the past few days and ideas what these could be? I am totally worried about my remaining Cory's. :( If I moved them to a hospital tank would it still be advisable to add this with the current tank water...as would this not mean that what ever is in my main tank would then infect the hospital tank? Once my fish have been moved I am planning to remove all the water and give it a good clean.....I was told salty warm water would do the trick....once clean, rinsed and dry.....I will have to do a fishless cycle to get the main tank back into working order, which may take a few weeks....do you think my four remaining Cory's will be okay in my hosiptal tank until then....it is a much smaller tank as I only bought it to use for the nursing of sick fish?
Any advice would be awesome :-(

The corys should be fine in the smaller tank, if the glass feels slimey it because fish produce extra slime on there coats to protects themselves from the parasites, always ask if a tank feels slimey as it is an indication of a parasite infestatation, good luck.

Can the tank not be slimey from Algae growth? How would you know if you had parasites? And if you did how would you get rid of them?
