Probably not, but as long as it's only temporary and the tank is regularly maintenance and has a good filtration system the fish will be fine.

It looks like a kissin gourami to me they grow to about 30cm.

thats nothing like a kissing gourami!
kissers dont normally reach 30 cm in captivity.
thats defo a giant gourami and that tank is definately way too small.
it does say its not for sale its just display. i feel sorry for the poor thing!

Someone asked if they are aggressive...... I'm currently sitting with one (not Albino) like the one in the pics..... It is around 25cm, and I removed it from a tank because it was really giving the albino Oscars (12") a hard time..... beating it up to the extent that it has no scales left on one side of the body.... allways hiding behind the rocks.... The Oscars are now flourishing with confidence since I removed the Giant Gourami

its the same as mine its a gold giant gourami they can reach 2ft plus mine is at 13" at the mo and very interactive and yes the can be very aggresive i will post a pic up of mine later as im on my phone and can't do it lol you can look at my photobucket in my sig if you want

around £60 for that size here so about 100 us dollars roughly that one is a little older than mine as it is starting to get the hump on its head

i bought him for £3.50 (5.77 usd) @ 2.5 inch lol he's just over 2 years old now
