Ghost Shrimp & Java Moss

I wanna stop down by PetsMart, not sure if they sell Java Moss, but if they do I would love to pick up some. Do you know if I keep gravel with Java Moss or not? Another thing is, my bettas are small, so does that mean they are okay to keep with Ghost Shrimp? I think they are always okay, but it never hurts to make sure. Thanks!

A few ghost shrimp may end up eaten, but it's good nutrition for the bettas!

It doesn't matter what substrate you have for java moss. It wanders in the water unless you tie it down. Definitely do not tuck it into the substrate.

And yeah, the betta MIGHT eat the ghost shrimp, but it doesn't really matter... betta got a good meal, and the shrimp are cheap.
