Nothing. The female is carrying her young on her back legs. If they are viable, she may release them when thy are ready or she may eat them. Other fish think they are delicious treats. You'll just stress her if you try to separate her.
As long as you have enough hiding spots throughout your tank, the eggs should hatch just fine. Some of the young will be eaten, but enough should survive to maintain or even grow the population.
When I see a "pregnant" female, I move her to my refugium, where there are zero predators.
I believe the shrimplets need very tiny food like infusoria - that's why they multiply like mad in ponds but less successfully in aquariums. In a mature well planted tank a few may find enough food to make it though.
