Ghost knife fish

We have a ghost knife fish that is swimming around in circles, and has been for hours. We have never seen him do this in the two years that we have had him. Is something wrong?

Can you post a picture and short 20 second video of the fish doing its thing?

Have you changed or added anything to the tank during the last 2 weeks?

Have you checked the water quality for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate & pH?
If yes, what were the results in numbers?

How often do you do water changes and gravel clean the substrate?
How much water do you change when you do the water change?

When was the last time you cleaned the filter?
