Just to add to the above, since you have a 55 gallon tank it would probably be good if you were able to get like 3-4 extra 5 gallon buckets of your current tap water to bring with you. Otherwise that small amount of tank/tap water you have with the fish really won’t make much of a dent in filling the 55g. With 15-20 gallons of your old tap water it’s going to soften the blow.
