German Female Ram

I read up on some previous topics about the subject, and it looks like the characteristics of a pregnant ram are a pink/swollen belly, and I was wondering if it's normal for her to kinda bump down onto a rock or plant every so often while she's swimming. She also kinda swims as dormant as possible and rises up and down the tank.

Any opinions or threads you can direct me at?! sorry i searched.
also if this is normal, should I let them spawn in that tank and move everything else out, or vice versa?

Rams, from what I have read, do get big and swollen. *nod* However, they generally claim their own territory and defend it.
