hope you like him (the female was hiding, sorry) he's still nameless so any thoughts?

Wow stunning tank!! Gorgeous rams too  One of these days I'm going to get myself a pair

Call him "Hedges" the pics of him in between the riccia [ ? ] are great . The plants remind me of hedges , or bushes and look really nice BTW .

Awesome

What size tank ?

They are lovely  and your tank is looking fab

very nice james - i have a pair in my 12G (seen in avatar) lovely fish. excellent photography there too :p

Beautiful fish, funny auctually i was admireing them this afternoon at a lfs, i have never owned a pair but they really are nice id probably buy a couple for a tank i have, are they peaceful enough, what else have you got in the tank with them, ive mainly tetras in this other tank, and what type of riccia is that, is that riccia fluitans or dwarf riccia, its nice whatever it is :D naw i fancy getting some dwarf riccia, cant find it here yet though.

hehe.....twenty questions, sorry about that :p ........nice fish, nice pics

those fish will be happy in their new home. good luck with the breeding. do you think you'll try to raise the fry?

very nice

But a pair of rams in a 12g won't do im afraid, a 20g minimum is needed for 2 rams
HTH

DD

a 12g is fine for pair of rams, just need the right stuff like places to hide etc, i have had a pair of rams in a2g for about 6months and get alot off eggs but the ottos eat them before i have a chance

i didn't know ottos ate anything other than algae, do they? maybe thats why some eggs I had disappeared over night one time... :/

Ottos will eat eggs too, However a 12 gallon is still to small, just because someone kept them in a 2 gallon doesnt mean a 12 gallon is any bigger than it is.

Fantastic Aquascaoing, I really love those "hedges"
