Tank size:180 litres
pH: 6.5
ammonia: 0
nitrite: 0
nitrate: 10mg/l
kH:5
gH:4
tank temp:26 degrees celsius

Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior):
Used to be very active, now hides at the back, only comes forward to flick on slate cave. Not feeding well, has a nibble but not well. Yesterday he had white stringy poop. Makes me think maybe a parasite.

Volume and Frequency of water changes:

Chemical Additives or Media in your tank: Easycarbo and melafix as my female dwarf gourami is recovering damage on her side.

Tank inhabitants: 10 zebra danio, 10 cardinal tetra, 2 dwarf gourami, 2 black phantom tetra, 2 male guppies, 1 otocinclus, 7 amano shrimp and another german blue ram

Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration): salvinia and some other plants last weekish

Exposure to chemicals: Chlorine test seemed a little high, only very slightly but i did a water change and added extra conditioner in just to be safe.

Thinking about putting him in a hospital tank tonight and trying to feed him some peas as the zebras are too fast for him to get a chance... just wanted some advice first :)
All other fish are fine, including the other german blue ram

Anyone? basically want to know whether to move her into the hospital tank now or wait till after college tomorrow?

for now she's in the hospital tank which i've slowly raised the temperature now to 27 but will probably increase it more
tried to feed her peas but shes not interested, shes pooped more, it's kind of white but with black splodges in it
