General Planting Question

So im looking at buying some more plants.
I curently have just an Anubias its about 12" long and 10 high (It fills my tank xD)
I also have a smaller piece thats come of of it. The big piece has stuck itself onto my coconut shell and for some reason, it just went crazy and took over my tank. Its flowered about 6 times already.
And i have a Java fern on some bog wood
Also one on the ground i cant remember the name of.
 
Anyways, i want to add to this and to plant my smaller tank

Anything in there that needs special conditions ect ?
 
 
Sorry edit. I'd also like to get some floating plants. I have Water lettuce and Amazon Frogbit in mind, will these be okay, or do they need certain lighting

the floating plants will be ok and they can take over the surface of the tank but only if you let them. Floating plants may also block light from getting to your other plants to so watch out.

Would I need to use fertilizers?

I was thinking if I got floaters put them in an area where the plants don't need as much light

Frog bit and water lettuce should thrive weather or not you add fertz and they don't need too much light. And water current from filters might push them around a bit which isn't that good for them.

some of the plants listed are not aquatic they will rot in month or so
