Anyways, while your here. It comes with great sadness that i announce the death of my Male Gourami. I think he was knackered to be fair, the females would not leave him alone and as much i gave him places to hide, i think he had no choice to end it all himself. Gonna miss you ' Dirk'
Anyways, since he has been gone the two females have been acting in the same manner as the male and female acted when about to breed. Kissing the side of the head or the tail and then curling around each other as if they were mating.
Is this normal behaviour or have i got a gender confused female in the tank?
