Gbr Emergency

hey

had GBR for approx 2 weeks, he was the bully of the two

woke up and saw 3 white spots located on :

mouth (side)
bottom fin
top fin

also now, near the top of his fin to the right, in his body, his skin is peeling away. He isn't swimming alot.

Water parameters are fine, the tank is approx 3-4 months old no other fish problems I believe apart from the plec who is fine now, I am doing water changes weekly, but advised to do them every 2 weeks by my dad. Heavily planted tank (20 gallons) with 2 biological filters.

Other fishes he used to be with:

Flying Fox
1 other male GBR
BN pleco

The ram is isolated in a plastic tub, it is 4 inches in diameter, no filter no heater, and water is feeling cold, and am trying to raise it. what should i do?

please help.

if it is ich the chances are its already in the tank anyway. put him back in. and can you tell em your water temp and params?

and i have no treatment at all, and i can't go out now
