i have a guppy named Fiddy Cent

One day when i was just gazing into my tank (somthing i do quite often for hours on end, lol) i noticed a guppy fry swimming around near the bottom of my

bogwood he had managed not to get eaten when born before i could move the the fry's into the fry/emergencie tank i have set up for such an occasion, this has

happended before and i've had two other survivors that made it to adulthood in my tank without being removed from the tank ( i have an old post about

them too!)

well as im watching him swim around the nooks and crannies of my bogwood one of my platie's has came up and swallowed him then spat him out, then

swallowed him and spat him out again, this happened 9 times in row! then the lil' guppy fry just darted off into the cracks of the bogwood! about five mins later

he reappeared swimming around the wood, now he is fully grown and swims around like he owns the tank!

anyway 50 cent got shot 9 times and survived , my guppy got swallowed 9 times and survived

so i had to call him fiddy cent! (plus he pimp slaps that platie with is tail fin all over the tank now! LOL only joking)

but thats how my lil survivor became known as 50 CENT,

I have a pair of dwarf Gourami's called Jack and Vera (from coronation street) and they cant stand each other. I have 2 zebra danios called Roxie and Velma (from Chicago), and 9 Platy's, called Bobbie, Scottie, Mickey, Sammy, Wooster, Misty, Mary and Hinge and Bracket! No reason for the names, just suits em. The 4 Black Phantom Tetras are called Itsy, Bitsy, Teeny and Weeny . I am losing count now!LOL! GRJ
