Galaxy Raspboras - Flow

Hoping someone can clear this up for me - I have recently set up a new 60L tank and am thinking of putting in galaxy raspboras, but am wondering how they will handle flow? The tank came with a 300L/h filter so it's not overly strong but I just want to be sure this is OK as flow seems to be mentioned everywhere I read about them. As it will be a planted tank I do want somewhat decent flow.

Galaxy Rasbora’s (CPD) prefer low flow, as they live in ponds naturally.
