Hi all
I thought i would make this thread for your information.
Around this time last year many people experienced an increase in fungal infections on their fishies
It was discussed at the time and a possible reason was attributed to the weather getting warmer. Its worth checking the temperature of your tanks as the weather gets warmer, as they can start to rise. Turning the heater down wont affect the influence of the warmer weather though. Increasing ventilation around the tank, cutting back on the time the lights are on, increasing the vetilation of trapped air under the hood and being prepared to carry out small water changes (10-15%) with slightly cooler water, are a few methods to cool them down.
Hopefully all your fish will remain fit and healthy
